I think it would be interesting if they added some of the platforming components from hero mode to multi-player maps. The amount of things you'd need to keep track of would be insane.

I agree. Platforming, specially in 3D games, is quite satisfying when done right. It would be nice to have platforming in specific multiplayer maps.

I really would like to see it very gently for the majority of maps- maybe alternative routes or to harder to reach platforms, etc. but not platforming focused outside of maybe one or two maps. They did mention wanting to make more vertical maps.

Agreed. Something that takes effort to get to and rewards you thusly, but isn't impossible for the other team to breach with good teamwork.

It's a strange feeling, paying $13 to use what amounts to a giant Beyblade in a Zelda game

I think the platforming should be spread out equally to varying degrees. Say if there's 20 stages, 4 of them have very little platforming at all, 4 have a bit more, 4 have a moderate amount, 4 have alot, and 4 require precise platforming to get almost anywhere.

Now that I think about it, I mainly just want a stage has traps full of secrets. There should tons of strategy involved.

Hmmm... maps.... I want a Sewers map, Amusement park or carnival. I imagine after that single player trailer that a sewer/drainage level is almost guaranteed. That's easy assets to transfer. I'm up for amusement park as long as its not just aesthetics. I want moving rides and shit, at the very least a ferris wheel and carousel.

It would be really cool if we get a map themed after a toy store

Dude that would be awesome. Especially if you could spray and swim on the ceiling.

Jungle stage where there is a lot of stealth going on.

The jungle could be interesting.. I really like to see more natural stages like the idea Raxxel mentioned earlier. Maybe something very that looks like Gaur Plains in Xenoblade.

Jungle stage...might actually be pretty interesting. We already know there's some 'foresty' stuff going on in the campaign mode, so I could see something similar to that in a multiplayer stage. I'm down.

Meh... I'll pass on Jungle, it's such an overused theme in shooters. A giant public playground would be delicious. Something like this:
