I would probably pass in the end because I want my experience with Splatoon to be fresh as possible.

Sure, why not. Perhaps the gameplay isn't my thing in the end and a demo would save me from wasting $60.

Heck yes. This game looks fun and I've been wanting to play it ASAP.

If there was a demo, it'd probably be the E3 build, though I dunno, do they do demos of games where online play is the most important thing?

I'm not sure to be honest. My interest in a demo is quite low though so chances are I wouldn't. I'd rather my first experience playing Splatoon in any form, be with the final retail copy itself as opposed to some stripped down demo.

Why wouldn't I? I can hardly wait! I'd instantly download a demo if it became available.

I don't know. With all the customization there is in this game I don't know if I want my first experience of this game to be without it. However if it was a demo like the E3 demo that takes you straight into matches then I probably would download it.
