That is cool. By "very soon" do you mean within a week? Sweet! i would imagine it'll be around the release of splatoon, but i wouldn't complain if it came sooner if it has as many features as therapture says it does He said more information will be released "very soon." That is what I was referring to, not the forum itself.

I'm getting an elgato around my birthday(may 27th) and I have a twitch so I will most likely stream as well. ^^ Oh jeez don't get an Elgato they're awful :[ I use an AVerMedia Live Gamer HD Series internal capture card for PC and modern consoles and a Dazzle HD DVD Recorder for classic consoles.

Elgao is a great capture card. The software is kinda the downfall on it (such as the editing stuff). It just depends on what you are doing.

This is what I have found in my research on it but I have no experience with streaming whatsoever.

I've been streaming since before Xsplit existed and run the website for OBS. Avoid Elgato (and Roxio) haha

Its not like I will be playing looking off of the stream.

Many capture cards have problems with splitting the signal when it comes to HDMI, unsure about Elgato. However, that delay will mean any webcams you have, and any speaking you may do over a mic, will not match up to your game. There are many options for the same price or cheaper as an Elgato, that will do the job better.
