I thought it would be worth mentioning since I haven't seen this brought up... In the March 2 update, here, a targeting reticle is seen as part of the HUD. It changes to indicate whether the weapon will hit a surface or an enemy. This is notable because during the e3 treehouse, the rep specifically mentioned that the lack of a reticle emphasized the organic feel of spraying ink. Any other thoughts about the HUD, such as the Call-of-duty-esque "ink blood" that shows up to convey damage, can be shared.

If you pay attention as the inklings shoot in that video, you'll notice the reticule has two parts. With steady aim, the center circle can be used for accurate shots. When you fire while moving your gun more quickly, the shots are less accurate and are therefore placed within the brackets that surrounded the center circle.
We already know the Ink Rifle class of weapons uses just the center circle with no brackets for its targeting reticule due it it's emphasis on straight precision through direct line ink shots. In exchange for this range and accuracy, you cannot move and shot at the same time. Pretty well balanced at least to some degree anyway.

walk/standing accuracy seems standard enough. The brackets seem to contract when over the enemy, even before the player stops moving, increasing accuracy? I hope there is no aim assist at all.
also, your running speed drops when firing, so it will be interesting to see how different weapons (like the sniper rifle as you said) balance it out. This shooting seems a lot closer to CoD than Quake and Tf2

Personnaly don't feel it taking away from any "organic feel" I suck at aiming in most shooters anyways. the more to help my aim, the better. (Plus Im guessing there might be an option to adjust the HUD)..
